  • JOB SUMMARY
    • Shipping and Receiving Clerk is the first point of contact with the customer. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk receives all incoming products and assures their identification and traceability. The Shipping and Receiving clerk is responsible for transferring jobs between departments and locating customer orders on the shop floor. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk packages the processed parts and ships them to the customer via the desired method of transportation.
  • PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Receive incoming customer orders.
    • Verify the accuracy of customer paperwork against the actual parts.
    • Move parts between the departments and facilities following the processing sequence.
    • Assist customer service personnel in locating customer orders throughout the shop.
    • Assist customer service personnel in notifying customers regarding the target dates of the orders.
    • Inform customers about orders ready for pick-up.
    • Ensure the integrity and preservation of parts (incoming and shipping).
    • Package parts for shipment and ship them to customers.
    • Maintain clean work environment.
    • Perform other duties as required.

  • JOB SUMMARY
    • Masking Operator processes parts according to shop traveler instructions and applicable specifications and drawings. Masking Operator is responsible for shielding those surfaces of the parts that do not require processing

    • Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific processes or tasks.
    • Assure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc).
    • Follow the traveler and the blueprint to mask parts in accordance with the applicable specifications.
    • Fill out the shop traveler, logs, forms and other paperwork.
    • Package processed parts.
    • Maintain clean work environment.

  • PHYSICAL / NON-PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • JOB SUMMARY
    • Wet Processing Operator-Level 1 processes parts according to shop traveler instructions and the applicable specifications. Wet Processing Operator-Level 1 performs cleaning, etching, passivation, and chem film.

  • JOB SUMMARY
    • Paint Operator - Level 1 works under the direct supervision of the department supervisor. Paint Operator - Level 1 arranges the parts for paint application and checks for integrity of incoming parts.

    • Follow directives from Department Supervisor pertaining to specific processes or tasks.
    • Check integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, anodize peeling, etc).
    • Verify that the actual quantity matches that of the traveler.
    • Rack parts for paint application.
    • Package processed parts.
    • Transfer parts between departments following the processing sequence.
    • Maintain clean work environment.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    • Document all the performed operations (on the traveler, charts, etc).

  • JOB SUMMARY
    • Customer Service Associate is the primary contact with Coast Plating Customers. As such, Customer Service Associate projects professionalism and understanding when interacting with customers. The Customer Service Associate supports production operations by preparing relevant production reports, informing customers of the order status, and ensuring documentation completion.
  • PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Inform customers of target delivery dates.
    • Communicate all order changes to customers.
    • Ensure documentation completion by printing certifications, shippers, invoices.
    • Resolve outstanding documentation errors.
    • Support shipping/receiving personnel in locating missing/misplaced product.
    • Prepare and print the required reports for Production Control Meetings.
    • Perform other duties as required.
